Always just a call away to keep our carpet and rugs looking great. Then there was the time water was coming from the second floor bathroom through the ceiling to the kitchen. They were out immediately to remedy the crisis of wet flooring & the ceiling to prevent mold. Exceptional staff! Always very friendly and professional.
I have to say I'm not one to typically do reviews. But, I have to let it be known that I had my carpet cleaned by Trent Taylor and I couldn't be more pleased. Having two dogs can really damage your carpet. After about an hour and a half Trent Taylor had my carpet looking BRAND NEW! The best news is I will be getting my deposit back!! I will with out a doubt be using Trent and Cornerstone Chem-Dry again very soon!!
Very disappointed that any carpet company would consider spot treatment an additional charge....that's why I called to have my carpets cleaned!! Most expensive company to begin with but to actually get the carpets clean it's an upcharge!!

Had them out today to stretch some carpet in my Inlaws' formal living room. Took just a couple hours, he did a great job and it was extremely reasonable in cost. Thanks!
I used Cornerstone Chem Dry for the first time and won't be using any other cleaner from now on. The conscientious service provided by Tony far exceeded any other company I have ever used. My carpet looks practically new and that's sayinng a lot since it is 15+ years old. Thank You again Tony and ChemDry!
