On time, professional, hard working, personable, with a wealth of knowledge about making carpets brand new. We have used them to clean our carpets for the last twenty years.
Jake was great. Three rooms and stairs. The dog pee smell is gone. He said it might take a couple days, but it was gone the first night.

Showed up on time and did 5 rooms with their full treatment and were done in 2 hours. They’ve been doing our house for 8 years and we’re always pleased!
They did a great job helping clean up after a very elderly dog. Jordan was very clear and helpful in explaining the process and finding the specific stains. He also alerted me to needing to move my birds while this was taking place. I appreciated that very much.
