Had carpets cleaned (2 rooms) on Friday @ 8:00am, stayed off carpets for 26hrs due to a busy schedule. Went to walk on and put furniture back on Saturday afternoon and carpets were still wet. It’s Sunday and leaving for church and some areas of carpet are still wet. We also have white spray all over furniture, baseboards, wood floor. Will not use this company again.
I've been a loyal customer of Cornerstone Chem-Dry for 4 years now. I love that they send emails with seasonal specials and I always take advantage of these offers to get huge discounts on my biannual cleanings. My carpets are dry within 2-3 hours instead of days, and their PURT treatment is great for stubborn pet stains. Highly recommend!
Service was incredible! Carpets look great and we would highly recommend this service.
In spite of them having faulty equipment (car battery that powered the pump died. I, not company, had to jump start it with My cables with My car - Four times) Sam did a good job and remained professional AND gave me a discount for my inconvenience. Would use again.

We have used this company for years, however the last two times they have come out, they did not get stains out that we paid extra to have removed. It has been three weeks & we are still waiting for them to make this right. They were supposed to be at our house today between 8-8:30, called yesterday to confirm, at 9:15am they still had not made it & my husband had taken off work this morning for this service. Hopefully this will get resolved, but we will use another company in the future!
