I scheduled an appraisal for my parents estate. I live out of state and the person who I arranged to meet Sean at the property was late. Sean bailed after 30 minutes, and would not reschedule. He was very rude. This is a business transaction and he made it personal. Very unprofessional. I don't imagine they'll be in business for long.
Sean gave appraisal below agreed price based on factors like easement that were not true. He refused to adjust it even when we proved the property had access without the easement.

Held up a deal for us over some pretty trivial things, in my opinion.
