Unfortunately, they don’t see birds, but they do an awesome job with our cats and dogs without beating up our wallet. ( Hearts!) The office staff are really sweet, and Dr. Rapp and Dr. Montgomery are fabulous! They have helped us out more times than I can count, and have “ squeezed “ us in more than once. I’ve encountered veterinarians from the east coast, to California, Nevada and Anchorage, and these two guys are the best! Best professionally and for practicality. Great first time experience* look forward to continue care with my pit
Finding someone to take care of your fur baby is a terrifying search, but I'm so glad I found Cornerstone Animal Hospital. When I bring her in, the staff show her love and tell me how much they love her (it seems like they really get to know the animals and love them). The vet is always so thoughtful and thorough. He knows how you feel and makes sure you fully understand everything happening and why they do what they do. Absolutely love this place! They squeeze us in anytime there’s an emergency. The staff are always friendly. Wish I could take them with me when we move!
We saw Dr Montgomery at cornerstone for all of our pups' needs while in Alaska. He was very compassionate while our blue heeler, Max, was suffering from cancer. He had become part of our family and we continue to talk about him and the wonderful team at Cornerstone. I recently saw that Dr M is no longer with this practice and I am deeply saddened to see this! He is highly recommended in different groups that I am in.
Where did Dr. Montgomery go? He has been my vet in good times and bad. I called for an appointment and was told he had left. I asked which clinic he was at, and they didn't know. Hmmmm....? Anybody??
Was very disappointed in the responses from this clinic. Brought in a cat having seizures and was told it was ideopathic and that it was probably a one-off event. No big deal. BUT if they continued to give the doctor a call. They did. I called. 4 times. With no call back and no response from the clinic at all. Finally decided to take him to a different vet for treatment.
