You get what you pay for. The least expensive complex in this lovey side of town. Now I see why. From the awful, loud, and rude neighbors to the office taking 3 months to handle a complaint because you come in almost every dAy to remind them! I think I’m going about it all wrong? Maybe you have to be rude with a bad attitude to what you need here I am literally saving up to break my lease hopefully. It’s not worth sticking it out
This place used to be renter friendly until the management was changed about three months ago(within the last quarter of 2016). The present management do not take the complaints of the residents seriously. Pros: Painted the exteriors of the buildings; Pros:Mow the Lawn & cut some tree branches. Cons: Smelly trash litter on the streets most of the weekends because the trash compactor is filled up & has not been emptied, some people just drop their trash on the street. Peaceful, calm, and classy! I love the fact that maintenance responds almost immediately, when there's an issue. I Love the business office, and gym too.
My hot water handle in my barroom will NOT shut off. It has been running full speed since 11pm it is now 1:20am. I have called your so called maintenance line for EMERGENCY service 4 times to no response. My son was almost burnt trying to turn it off after his shower. I have only been here a week and this is terrible and is going to be a bigger issue if this is not handled in a timely manner.
