Not only do they have an amazing selection, they have exceptional customer service. The staff at Cornell's have helped me while I've lived in Rochester as well as the past couple of years while living in Alabama. They are caring and intelligent individuals always eager to help in any way they can, no matter what. I HIGHLY recommend Cornell's for all of your jewelry needs! My fiancé and I have had nothing but the best experience shopping for our engagement and wedding rings at Cornell's Jewelers. We had the pleasure of working with Morgan throughout the whole process and were blown away by her knowledge, professionalism and hospitality. Outstanding service!!!!! After a horrendous expires I had at The Source jewelers. I went I went to Cornell's. I just need a watch band for my Seiko dive watch. Our sales person advised us that they did not have the exact band for it but she could find one that should work. While she was away my wife and looked at watches. Not only did the sale person find a watch band for me we also purchased a Luma Nox watch. The advisors they have available for their customers are outstanding.
I had my diamond rings resized and new Prong's put on. My rings looks beautiful and the customer service was excellent. My sales associate Liz was outstanding.
