I would just like to take the opportunity to Publicly Thank Cornells Jewelers longest serving employee Mr. Scott Van Dusen for once again coming through for me and making sure my watch repair was 100 percent to my satisfaction, so much so, that the watch in question went back to the manufacturer for a second round of servicing at no cost to me. After the first service call failed to leave me completely satisfied. Great Job - Scott - Keep on Doing What You Do!! I'll be Back!!!
I recently purchased an engagement ring for my fiance and cannot say enough good things about the people at Cornell's Jewelers. I was nervous at the beginning, but Janice made me feel completely comfortable in the process. We worked within my budget to select the perfect ring. The Cornell family took the time to get to know me throughout the process, and knew me by name when I returned to pick up the ring. I highly recommend Cornell's Jewelers to anyone considering purchasing a ring.

Exceptional merchandise, fantastic customer service, and staff that want to make every couple happy with their special life moments! They have been there for my husband and I for 38 years and we will continue to shop with them.
My fiancé and I had the greatest experience ring shopping at Cornell's! Morgan, our salesperson, was amazing.. she picked up on my style right away, had an answer to every question we had, and was so patient. Their selection is hands down the best in Rochester. I've been in several times since then and each time the staff is so friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back to purchase our wedding bands soon!
