The facility is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, and the care is top notch!! I could sleep easy at night while my horse was there knowing that he was in the best hands! I was worried that my anxious Thoroughbred would be upset to be away from home but he actually seemed more comfortable and relaxed there than he is at home! He didn't want to leave! :) Thank you again!!!
I want to thank Dr.Pigott, Dr. Hurcombe and the entire team at Cornell Ruffian Center. Peanut had a benign fatty tumor wrapped around her small intestine. They removed 12 feet of intestine. Peanut was treated like there own and compassion during her entire stay at the clinic. the treatment and care she received gave her the best possible chance at recovering. They would call us everyday that she was in there care. true professionals.
I can't thank Dr. Hurcombe, Dr. Hunter, and the amazing staff at CRES. You took such great care of my horse (and I) during his recovery from his colic surgey. Dr. Hurcombe did a great job with my horse Preludes surgery. I will forever be indebted to you wonderful people for doing what you did for Prelude! You all made this difficult time for me much brighter and knowing that I can reach anyone at anytime when I was nervous and panicking a blessing. Truly a great place, with great staff and doctors!

We are forever gr8ful for your quick expert diagnosis and lifesaving surgery! Grady was brought to the clinic for hydration for possible colic- hours later- this extraordinary precious 20 year old boy endured general anesthesia for a "quite severe" case of Guttural Pouch Mycosis!
