RecommendedThey are currently devising a plan for my Hafflinger. She has Squamous cell carcinoma in both eyes. I would like to conserve her eyes and she faces numerous surgeries for this condition. I am hopeful that we will stay ahead of this disease while preserving my mares quality of life.
CRES went above and beyond for my gelding Buster, after having a paddock injury and being shipped to them , immediately apron arrival my gelding was evaluated and taken care of. Dr. Claffey was his surgeon and vet during his stay , she was fantastic keeping me updated and in the loop on him. All staff at CRES were nice, polite and so caring to my beloved horse.
Outstanding from start to finish. Kaylee in the office assured me from the first phone call, she put my mind to ease and made the whole process very easy to understand and she did not mind all my questions and call backs on the phone🥰. I can't thank CRES's team of doctors and vet techs enough. I was very pleased two years ago when I brought my one horse in for a lameness issue. Then this past weekend I brought my other horse in for colic and I was blown away again with how awesome of an experience it was during such a stressful time. I have driven a few horses there and watched different procedures. Today was my 1st experience with my own horse. Dr. Hurcombe was great. I highly recommend this place!!
I can't say enough about Cornell Ruffian Equine Specialists!! Dr John Pigott and his staff were very professional yet easy to talk to. They spent 3 hours with us, took the time to listen, discuss and explain everything they did and left no stone unturned in the diagnosis. They are very aware that cost can be a major concern and are conservative in their approach in ordering tests only after they discussed the need with the owner.
