I had cataract surgery by DR. Phillip Bertucci, 5 years ago on my right eye excellent work and great staff. I just recently had my left eye done but things got complicated, cataract went to the back of my eye and jell went in front of my eye. Now come emergency recall, Dr. Ragan is assigned to clean this mishap. This happens to 1 % of cataract patients.
