Beautiful plants....Pleasant people work there ,decent price ranges on some of the same > basic < plants , so if you need small ,med or large you can do so..starter , filler or statement/anchor plant. can find an occasional gem..a unique statement like : incredible soft blush pink mandevilla vine ''Moonlight Parfait'' I love this semi double delight...
Paid 162.00 for a 6 to 7 ft. Flocked tree that didn't soak up much water and dried up. By Christmas I had a very sad looking Christmas tree. Did everything to take care of it. Very dissapointed.
The good: Great selection of plants, planters and accessories. Service in the yard was great. Delivery service was great. The not so good: Service at checkout was painful. Charged us for wrong products, left out other products. Set up wrong delivery date which was corrected days later. And most important the prices are outrageous! I def spent 30-50% more than I should have if I shopped at other locations. IE Costco had similar plants for less than 50%! Not sure I will return.
I have shopped at the north Arlington location for a number of years now -- ever since it opened. The store has a wonderful selection of numerous varieties of plants and flowers. The staff has always, without exception, been very helpful. They have also always stood by their warranty of plant satisfaction. I have recommended the north Arlington location to many people
Calloways was so generous in giving the school PTA a donation. We asked many vendors around our area to support us and not many responded. Calloways has employees that are very friendly and proffessionals.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very nice selection. Texas Natives have a section of their own. [Like].
Great nursery with frequent discounts and sales. Employees there seem to know what they're talking about. Sometimes I just drop by to see if there is something I didn't even know I needed.
Great place to shop for plants. Wide selection many of which are hard to find at the big box stores. Plants are healthy and well cared for -- ready to go into the ground. Also have an excellent selection of gardening tools and supplies.
I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but came out here because I've been consistently impressed with this location's service and overall "reaching out to be helpful" each time I'm there. While I could buy my plants via a number of places, I choose to support Calloway's because they support local neighborhoods (incl. mine) via their "Yard of the Month" program with local homeowner's associations and that impresses me because I think it shows commitment to the neighborhoods they serve.
