Dr. Jackson saw me without an appointment because of a broken tooth issue and was kind enough to prescribe me an antibotic for a sinus infection.
What financial options? Only told how much is due at time of service. I think it would be wonderful if you offered a discount for uninsured patients as many offices do.
I have an issue with one tooth that hasn't gone away. I appreciate not being charged for further visits regarding this tooth, but the matter has not been resolved as of yet. This is the first time I have had such a problem.
I was given a new toothpaste to use and it is helping my gums. The care was very good and I felt comfortable in the office! I was so glad to get an appointment for my emergency care. Thank you!

Dr. Jackson and staff are always friendly and treat you with respect. I have never had a bad experience with them.
The dental hygienist was great & thorough. However, I felt as if I threw $44 out the window for my periodic oral exam with Dr. Jackson. He stood above my head (never sat), peered into my mouth, said "looks good", and maybe spent 30 seconds totally with me. Before I was out of the chair, through the window, I saw Dr. Jackson trimming & pruning a tree. Tree took priority over the patient who spent almost $200 on a "routine" appointment! :(
