Good serice over the years __ have been a client since before the arrival of Dr. Jackson. One request please. At my age and given my financial condition, prefer no longer to be x-rayed or to receive fluoride treatment. Teeth are in good enough condition to forego any other than the most basic services. This request reflects only financial and chronological realities, NOT any interaction with dental personnel which has always been pleasant and most appropriately professional. merci. cdb
