I was greeted right when I walked in by Pam, who was extremely kind and immediately checked me in. I didn't have to wait long before Sunday called me back. She was amazing and thoroughly explained everything she would be doing. Dr. Shattuck then came in for my exam and also explained everything. She was very informative, patient when I had questions and extremely kind as well. When checking out, I was greeted by Jess, who was awesome. I had a temporary crown made.The visit was one time, the dental assistant was wonderful and it was probably the best visit to the dentist ever.

My 10yo and I recently switched dentists and she visited Franklin Family Dentistry for the first time recently. They were all so good with her! They explained everything before they did it, gave her some pointers and showed her (very effective) examples of what happens if you don't brush and floss regularly.
