Brooke, Sunday and Dr. Shattuck are truly amazing!! Talk about gentle, caring and professional!! Had some work done today and they were all just so kind!! Not to mention Joyce, Dr. Hippenmeyer and Pam. So many wonderful and caring staff members!! Highly recommend Franklin Family Dentistry!!! Thank you for all you do!!

Most people dread going to the Dentist. I'm one of those people. I get butterflies every time. Three generations of my family go there, so that says something about the kind of care we all get. I have to give high praise to Courtney! I was due for full mouth xrays and she was very patient and tried her best with me. (I have a VERY high gag reflex.) She knew after trying some "tricks" it just wasn't going to work. I commend her for trying and knowing to stop instead of putting me through agony until she got what she needed.
My husband and I have gone to Franklin Family Dentistry for many many years. The employees are always so nice. Dr Shattuck is the best, for myself and hubby. I trust her every word. Joyce, hygienist, is a happy, thoughtful and thorough individual. She listens and understands. Thank you all for being there for us.

Visiting a dentist for the first time always feels a bit overwhelming, but the entire staff members were so friendly and kind to me. They all made me feel welcomed and thank you for that. I am happy to have a home dentist who I can rely on and feel comfortable going.
