Franklin Family Dentistry went above and beyond in helping me find relief from a cracked tooth, which caused the need for a root canal. Dr. Shattuck was so kind and patient with me as I struggled through the weekend with pain - she worked hard at getting me to feel comfortable until the office opened on Monday. Dental hygienist Stephanie Moore kept in touch with me throughout the weekend and Monday - checking in with me to make sure I was able to get an appointment for my root canal. I was in considerable pain from an infected gum at my last visit and everyone was considerate and pleasant. Dr. Thompson explained everything and was very compassionate. The care could not be better.
