I noticed an area on a jaw tooth that didn't feel right. Wasn't sure if I chipped a tooth or lost a filling but I knew I needed to be seen. I called Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday morning. I was called back quickly and everyone treated me great. I did end up having a filling repair and it was completed quickly. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, especially if it's more than my normal cleanings, but everyone made sure I was comfortable.

As usual, on time, efficient, thorough, friendly dental care. The staff is always so pleasant and friendly and caring.

I Have been going to Franklin Family Dentistry for several years. I have always had great service. The staff are very professional and friendly. From my Every six month cleaning to dental Emergancies ( broken tooth or cavity pain) Stephanie and Dr Shattuck and Dr Heley have always taken care of me and I leave the office with very minimal pain after dental work and a cleaner smile after Stephanie cleans my teeth. My only negative is the fluoride they now use. But that is nothing on them, just my hang up. LOL! I heighly recomm... read more
Great experience! I Have been going to Franklin Family Dentistry for several years. I have always had great service. The staff are very professional and friendly. I took my 7 year old to Dr Shattuck. I was able to get him in the day I called for an appointment. She did a great job with him as well as the technicians. My husband and I are current patients, and we will be switching all of our children over from their pediatric dentist. I highly recommend Franklin Family Dentistry!

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and great at calming my "dentist phobia". They also listen carefully to what I have to say about my dental health concerns.
