I had horrific tooth pain and needed treatment ASAP. My husband is a patient and suggested I try to get an appointment at FFD. I was concerned since I was a new patient that I would need an initial appointment before coming in on a crisis. I am happy to tell you I called at 11am and was in the office at 1:40 the same day. I see it all the time. Been guilty of it before too... You got to get service, and it doesn't matter if it was taking your car in for a problem or you want to take your significant other out for dinner but something happened to service and taking care of customers. Somehow along the way, the principle of just listening to the concern instead of rushing through to put you in queue has become a long lost art form. My semi yearly cleaning today went well. I did not have to wait at all to get in, and waited very little for the hygienist to begin. Everyone was friendly and courteous from start to finish! Thank you Franklin Family Dentistry for a positive experience!
