Excellent service. Kind and considerate staff. For the first time in my memory I had a 13 minute delay getting called back for my 4pm appointment then had a 5 minute wait to check out which has never happened before.

I don't know anyone that truly likes to go to the dentist, but FFD makes, what is usually an unpleasant experience, comfortable and easy. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I like the TVs with the rotating images. Very relaxing. I would drink the coffee in the waiting room, but I don't want to walk in their with coffee breath. Maybe I should take a cup with me on the way out.
