House was robbed while House was tented. – by robert 06/17/2010 My mothers house was tented for termites this Tuesday in Westchester a nice suburb of Los angeles. The house was set up for fumagating with the technicians from Corkys and my mother and I stayed at a hotel near by. Corky's the pest in pest control! – The real pest is the Corky service technician! A stranger rings the bell of your home and exhibits, hostility, rude behaviour, disrespect, discourtesy, tact, and possess no empathy or rapport building. Why would you consider letting him in? No brain-er! We had had one service and canceled our service months ago. Ironically had a service today from our current company I know and like. Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Service Period – I hired Corky's to get rid of the pantry pests in my house. The tech came, spent at most 5 minutes spraying my pantry, charged me $89 and left. Four hours later, the pantry pests were back. I called Corky's and they said that their service was not guaranteed and there was nothing they were going to do. If this had been explained to me when I booked the appointment, when the guy came to spray or if it was in the paperwork I left I would feel better but it wasn't. Please lea... read more
AGREE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHS – Corkys is making some bad changes in hiring very bad technicians. The tech that was sent out to my house today had a very bad attidude problem , was very unfriendly very unprofessional, I would ask to treat a certain area that I felt needed treatment and said flat out NO. I have had CORKYS PEST CONTROL FOR CLOSE TO 7 YEARS and today was the worst experience that I had with them and thinking of changing. I warn all Corkys customers and new customers to be aware of this problem .
Worst Customer Service – I had a very bad experience with this company. I hired them to spray my backyard and when they failed to comply with our verbal agreement and charged me for services not rendered, I felt it was my duty to inform the world {well maybe just SD} that working with them will be a nightmare. The management was exteremly rude and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who values good customer service.
