Great Service – The tech was very friendly, efficient, timely, always knocks on the door. He even took the time to get used to our dog! He sat down and patiently waited for me to complete all the paperwork. He's very compassionate and was happy to answer all of my questions. Feels like he's family!
Corky's did better then the rest – Im from hawaii ants termites and roaches have always been a normal part of my life. recently moved to san diego and low and behold same problem, there is no ground freeze and the climate is perfect for haboring insects (oh yeah rats are an epidemic out here too) anyway i called corkys to have them inspect my apartment for roaches, the technician was named jock he was very professional took photos and gave me a detailed report of his findings(which he found active dead roaches) the next step... read more

they are ok – I don't think that they are particularly good to work for, so you may not get the best tech. There are a few wonderful technicians, but they are few and far between. goodluck. The office is not managed well anymore. They used to be alot better. Making money seems to have replaced customer service, but people are not generally as easy to deal with as they used to be!

Stay away from this company – I was a sucker for their commercial "$69/service, Free inspection, 4 years guarantee". I purchased a house and had termites in the garage. The inspector showed up, looked around the house. He tried to save me money (really) by telling me that instead of treating the garage why not treat the whole house with a couple more hundred dollars. BAD ACCOUNTING PRACTICES – Corky's pest control was authorized to run a one time payment on my account They ran payment and didn't notify me it was not processed properly. I called again and authorized them to debit my bank account one time to pay the previous and current charge owed. They again said they did, and were not able to for some unknown reason and again did not notify me. They then sent me a letter my services were suspended. When I called in they again told me they couldn't explain why they didn't process payment... read more

OUR EXPERIENCE IS OUTSTANDING! – Not sure where the other reviewers are getting their technicians, but we are in Rancho Santa Fe/Del Mar area and the guy we have is unbelievably AMAZING. We have used Terminix, Orkin and Dewey and they could NEVER fix our ant and rodent problems. Because Corky's wasn't as BIG a name, we called them after getting rid of the others.
