Expert Customer service. Friendly staff. Did not have to wait, services rendered at appointment time. Fully explained surgery procedure, answered all questions. Follow up apt in 2 weeks. Thus far, all is well.
Staff is always friendly and patient with questions. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable and every step of my implant procedure went smoothly.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Primm and his staff since 2011...... I’ve had everything from implant surgery to regular cleanings since then and I continue to say the service is exceptional in all aspects.
This office is so pleasant to visit - the staff is so nice and accommodating and the decor is not only beautiful but calming too.

Dr. Jason Primm has the best bed side manners of anyone I have ever known in the Medical Profession. He is a gentleman, kind, compassionate, pleasant, gentle makes patients as comfortable as possible. The most thoughtful sincere, kind Southern Gentleman I have ever known, more than just professional, he is a wonderful Christian man.
