He failed to show up to two of my appointments, and gave no notice that he would not be there. He also gave me an incorrect diagnosis.
The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Most of the advice they were giving me seemed biased. It felt like they were just trying to make money off me instead of giving me genuine advice that would help me. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
They paid very close attention to me the entire time I was there and all of my questions were answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
