The staff up front was really nice but the old female Dr that helped me was a joke! She rushed thru everything and made me feel like I was bothering her because I couldn’t get into my actually Dr the same day for eye problems there are really sever. She prescribed me something that didn’t even fix the problem it’s actually getting worse. Basically misdiagnosed my eyes. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else! Hard to believe a Dr would make someone in need feel that way!
Wife was making payments and they took $2000 instead and won’t refund. Crooks stay away
The billing department makes the Dr's change orders mid appointment, (without patient consent) , in this case it was Dr. Matthew Globerson, so they can bill more to insurance. If the insurance doesn't pay, you have too. They acknowledged their behavior and still made me pay a bill that when booking the appointment I was told there would be zero out of pocket, since then I was forced to pay two bills around $150 each.
