Wife was making payments and they took $2000 instead and won’t refund. Crooks stay away
The billing department makes the Dr's change orders mid appointment, (without patient consent) , in this case it was Dr. Matthew Globerson, so they can bill more to insurance. If the insurance doesn't pay, you have too. They acknowledged their behavior and still made me pay a bill that when booking the appointment I was told there would be zero out of pocket, since then I was forced to pay two bills around $150 each. Absolutely terrible experience, went in for routine bloodwork and between Corwell health and the insurance the "free" preventative care turned into a 500.00 nightmare that took 4 months to go nowhere and my family is the one to eat the supposed free care. Wouldn't even take wounded wild animals to get treated at a Corwell Health facility less they get shackled with surprise bills and debt.
