I forgot to give a review for this location. I gave birth in April, I filled out my birth plan to receive my placenta and did not receive it. When asked what happened, the lady said it wasn't where they keep them and does not know. And she did not escalate the matter, treated as though she lost my sweater.. I realized I never reviewed this place. I gave birth here a year ago and it went so much better than expected. It was my first baby, the staff were amazing in delivery. I saw Sierra and Kauffman as my doctors. I did deliver on the weekend, so maybe that also impacted my experience. Post partum nurses during the weekdays especially, I did not have the same level of great experience due to lacking of bed manner. But, Delivery for me was more important to have a good experience than the post partum because my baby was here. So ... read more
Very unprofessional my dad was rushed there for a possible heart attack and found out he had some heart failure and he has been there for 4 days and still no heart doctor has seen him yet or tolds us what is going on with him do not take anyone there
Pay hundreds of dollars a month for health insurance, literally hand them your insurance card and they don't even run it through your insurance and bill you the full amount. And then when you try to get a hold of somebody on the phone, you press a million options on an automated machine to get sent to a voicemail that is full. Typical do anything to not have to pay for a patient. Healthcare system is a joke.
