On Saturday Oct 17 visiting your fine institution for a routine blood draw created a very painful and unprofessional experience. It's one thing to be unprofessional but to have a really bad mood, regardless of any personal issues. Anyway, the wound was still causing pain for 2 days, and the bruise is still alarmingly visible after a week. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this lab for anything at all. I had fasting bloodwork drawn. I needed to be in and out prior to work. I arrived at 7:15 am on a Tuesday, took the elevator to the second floor. I waited no more than 5 minutes before being taken back and was in and out in 15 mins. I am usually a difficult draw and she got my blood on the first poke.
