When I arrived about an hour after they opened, the small waiting room was full with about 7-8 other people waiting. I was in and out in 35 minutes. The staff was polite, and it went by very quickly. I came on a Wednesday morning
For the Lab—-Go up to the second floor. No signs to the LAB it’s on the east side of the building -Suite 214 for blood draw 🩸 or other lab work. Radiology is downstairs. I had no wait, which was great.
Extremely understaffed. A 2 hour wait with 4 people in front of you.
I’ve been to a few different Beaumont labs and for some reason this one is always horribly slow. It doesn’t matter what day or time of day you come, it’s always packed and they move at a snails pace. To make things worse, the ladies at the front are usually in a bad mood and are snippy when you ask if they know about how long the wait will be. The other labs in the area (Macomb or Troy) have been a much better experience.
