Great real gym experience without the nonsense. call ahead and owner will make a point to meet you there personally and get you familiar with the facility and classes
This is what I needed, I haven't worked out in a while and love having the personal trainers helping me get motivated and on track.
I was really impressed by the type of equipment and number of machines. Great gym!
