Corefact have been my go to for years. I love the set it and forget it opportunity it provides. They have a great team to help you out too.
Unreliable service. I ordered a 30 pack of the trifold brochure. First they didn't ship it out on their promises date and I had to follow up call.ans email. Was told they had printer issues and they shipped two days after promised date only 15 of my brochures. The rest were supposed to be printed and followup next day.. And here I am waiting 3 days out with no line of sight with a $3.5M listing and not enough brochures for the open house. I paid them for their mailing list only to find they sent all postcards to the physical addresses, rendering nearly ⅓ of the mailers undeliverable. You were hired to deliver postcards to the homeowners. Update- They did return my payment for the cards that were mismanaged.
Laura @ Corefact has been superb! Anything I need she responds promptly and professionally. My mailers typically go out on time or even beforehand! Whenever there's an issue, I sometimes call or e-mail her and Laura ALWAYS responds within in a reasonable amount of time. Corefact is LUCKY to have Laura!
I love Corefact for sending my real estate postcards! Arnold in Customer Service was so helpful walking me through some confusion uploading a mailing address. Their Customer Service team is always very helpful. Great designs and the QR code home valuation is such a great resource!
