Originally I gave this company 5 stars for being one of the less difficult property managers in the Tallahassee area. After moving out and having my deposit withheld I take back my statement. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. I moved into a unit that was nearly uninhabitable at move-in. Peeling paint everywhere, the roof looked to be about 30-35 years old, wildly overgrown yard, broken doors, the whole 9 yards.
