My husband nor I have the words to express how we respect Jim Evans and his staff. He has been our realtor for many years. In all these years my husband has said he has never failed to return every call or response, something unheard of in this day. He always worked to do the best for his customer, HE TELLS THE TRUTH! He is trustworthy, professional, works harder than any realator u can ever find. He goes far and beyond what he is required to do to help anyone and to put it very bluntly u can not find anyone who will take care of ur needs in this arena as Jim Evans. He is successful because he has work ethics that surpasses his peers and is highly qualified to advise u in banking, surveying, appraisals and much much more. But more than all this u can trust him. My husband and I would feel confident that if we left our checking account with Jim for any period of time he would carefully guard it and every cent would be there when we returned. Jim and his team went the extra mile when it came to purchasing our new home. Due to the competitive nature of the market we were in, it made it necessary to view houses the day they were listed. Jim went out of his way to make sure we got to see the houses we were interested in the same day. CORE also made selling our home a breeze. We had multiple offers on the first day! I can't recommend Jim and his team enough.

Jim at Core Realestate has to be the best broker we have ever used to purchase and sell a home. He worked with us for a long time to find the house we could call home. To be specific, he honed in on our desires and needs and never pushed us on any decision. He told us the facts about each location and home we looked at. We were very blessed to have someone we trusted 100% in this sometimes tough process. Jim and his assistant were on top of every detail in the selling of our old home and purchase of our new one. I highly recommend this company for their attention to detail and customer service. Five stars!
