Colin responded very promptly to my first enquiry at a time when most were enjoying their holidays and reasonably late in the evening, he was booked for our inspection the next day. Colin arrived on time, he explained the procedure requirements and then after his inspection he took the time to go into detail of a couple of small issues that needed to be addressed and the reasoning behind the rules. He also returned the next day, a Sunday, to reinspect the rectifications and we had our report in our email on the Sunday night.... read more
