RecommendedI love this studio! They are a rare find! The staff and the members make every effort to assist and motivate you in your training goals. From hot yoga, Pilates Barre, to Healthy Spine - I love it all!! I especially appreciate the giving back to the community - every month a new charity is benefited with a "class for donation" Thank you to Val, Emma, and Tracy!!
Talented teachers, great variety of classes and nice community.
I participated in Open Level Yoga, Intermediate Yoga and Pilates Barre this week with various instructors. I loved them all. I am signing up for another unlimited month. Can't wait to try more classes and attend these same classes again! Wonderful workout, with wonderful instructors to help calm the mind and strengthen the body!
Have been taking classes for a year and major improvement to a shoulder and foot injury plus all the benefits to core strengthening!
