RecommendedI just attended my first ever yoga class this morning with Kim, and she was absolutely wonderful! I felt very comfortable in her class, and the fellow students also helped me feel very much at home. I would recommend this studio, and there is so much more they have to offer!
RecommendedEven though I haven’t been in a few years due to family health issues I did participate in several classes for many years. My favorite is the Reformer and the Chair. I always felt strong and energized after working out. Val is very knowledgeable when it comes to your body and your goals. If you have a bad knee or back.a move can be modified. I truly miss Pilates and. Hope to be able to get back to it.
Absolutely love Core. By far my favorite yoga space in the area.
Great yoga class this morning with Ashley! A little early in the morning but it was definitely worth it. One of my favorite classes!
