Top notch treatment by two of the best in the business.
Best place in town to go for rehabilitation and recovery. Mark is awesome and gets me healed up whenever I have an Injury or need a muscle dry needled. Thanks again Mark!
Mark and Claire are experts when it comes to physical therapy. They were able to look at my ankle one week before the Lincoln Half Marathon and gave me solid advice on how to properly care/rest/stretch to prepare for the race. If you have any sports related injuries, I can't recommend them enough!
Always helpful, and make sure that they do all of the exercises and treatments available. They dont just give you one treatment. It is a holistic method.
Can't say enough about how great Claire is. I went in with two different muscle pains that were hindering my running. Claire was able to get me fixed up in a couple sessions with little to no down time, show me additional stretching if there was further issues and I was able to PR in my next 10k race. Thanks!
The husband wife combo, Clarie and Mark are amazing at what they do! I have been battling awful planter fasciitis for awhile now! I have seen both of them for dry needling, and Mark has done some Graston as well! I am so glad I stumbled upon these two! Awesome atmosphere, thank you!!!
