I came in after having an IT band flare up during a marathon. I had plans to complete my first 50 mile race in 5 short weeks and to be honest I was really stressed out about my IT band side tracking my goals. I couldn't even run more than a few miles without pain. Mark worked some magic with Graston, dry needling as well as some strength training. I've tried other PT before for chronic back pain and after 1 session with Mark I felt more relief then many sessions before. This place is not your cookie cutter PT, they do much more then just do this exercise this many times. I just wish I would've found them years ago!!!
This is by far the best physical therapy location I have ever been to! They are at the top of their field and so knowledgeable about all aspects that it makes you feel at ease. My therapy went so smoothly I now refer everyone here! I recovered from a bicep tear completely and have no sign it was even torn! I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation enough to core physical therapy! Top notch!
I have never been to a place of business where the the people who run it care about the person they are helping on such a personal level, they don't just treat you like another number or file, they invest in you. They get to know you, interact with you and help you strive for your goals and what you want to happen with your treatment, not just getting you in and out like some other places I've been to. This place is amazing! If it wasn't for Claire I would not have been able to run my first ultramarathon in June . And you will have trouble not busting a guy from Mark and Claire's banter.
Claire is the absolute best I wouldn't be where I am without her! She kept me motivated kept me confident in myself which was so hard to do at times. Best decision I ever made walking in that door!
