Dr . kalo was amazing to my Mom. She broke her wrist on Monday and we came in yesterday. From arrival to departure everything was positive! Wait time was incredible as it was short. He explained the break in common terms and ways to fix. Total time there was less than an hour including cast and making next appointment! Thank you!
The whole staff treat you like you are family. They truly care how you are doing and they call back right away when you think things may be going wrong. They are always reassuring that things will get better.
These people are the best. Eric Peterson, MD did my knee replacement surgery and Ryan Klenner, PA saw me for my post surgery appointments. They are a great team and I highly recommend them.
I have been going to Core for about 8 or 9 months now trying to "fix" my knees. I have always thought everyone at Core was superb until I met Brandon yesterday. He wasn't pleasant, almost stand offish (pretty sure that's not a word). I'm not there because I have nothing better to do, I'm there because I'm out of options and the pain isn't bearable anymore. Just seemed like he could have at least acted like he liked his job. Core Ortho is a great place and Dr Peterson and Ryan are wonderful, just wish Brandon was too.
The staff very friendly and so caring love the visit and recommend core orthopedic to everyone.
I came in on a Saturday and was seen immediately. The front desk lady was super nice and I even got a chocolate mocha cappuccino and a fresh baked cookie. The staff and PA were very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my orthopedic care ���
Nothing but a positive experience. They care about you and their goal is to heal you. The whole atmosphere of the clinic is positive.
