Rick has been an excellent property manager for the home we rent in the Five Canyons neighborhood of Castro Valley. He is always responsive to anything needed to be fixed in the home and worked hard to make sure we were happy in our home. I would highly recommend Rick to any tenant or homeowner looking for an excellent property manager or real estate agent.
I lived in a Core One managed building for about 4 years and only left because I took an opportunity to move out of state. If given the opportunity to rent another unit with them, especially managed by Rick, I would certainly do so. Rick was very friendly and responsive to any issues I ever had with the unit, such as repairs and handling new tenants (I had a few different roommates in the 4 years I rented the unit).
