I rented through Bison Management for almost two years. They have been nothing but respectful and helpful towards us. The apartment we rented was brand new, we were the first people to live in it. Beautiful apartment, they provide excellent amenities. Camie is always easy to deal with and very nice and friendly with us. Christell our apartment manager was always friendly and very helpful as well. The staff actually care about the tenants and will do what they can to make sure your expectations are met. BEWARE! The people giving positive reviews are company owners or employees for the Bison Mgmt. team or Roers: Jeff Koch, Matt Hutchins, Wolf Forrest, and Brook Behn. They will say whatever for a dollar. FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. They are greedy, difficult to work with and liars. I have never seen a lease so awful and I have rented for years. NOTHING BUT GREEDY AND DISCRIMINATORY.
Very helpful and accommodating staff. I stayed at Stanley Apartments and enjoyed the new apartments and clean atmosphere.
Every thing was cheaply built, they have me a packet when I moved in to fill out if I noticed anything wrong, the place was dirty and dusty, had paint splatters all over the place, it was dried up white splatters. And when I left they charged me 1000$ in fees because they said it wasn't clean, even though I cleaned the place for the whole week before I moved. They are the most shady people I've ever rented from or even know. I would seriously recommend you to never rent from this so called management team. They will do anyth... read more
