The staff are disrespectful and the waiting time is ridiculous. The assistants are rude and very unprofessional. No one answers the phone. Its so sad, this is why its so hard for individuals to obtain and keep jobs! Absolutely, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
Worst doctors office ever Have you waiting for hours Staff is very rude so is the owner Dr. Wilder Gloria ! Especially the front desk manager needs to be fired Taketa Tyler she is very disrespectful out the mouth she hung up on me on the phone! Hiring people who don’t have training on given shots and gave the wrong kind and then had to come back! Please take the time out to find a better doctors office not worth your time! If I can give zero stars I would!
I have always been a fan of doctor Edward's his staff is great and his responses to anything that is wrong with my health he is always on top of it and he makes sure that I understand my conditions and how to treat going into future
Arrive 15 before your appointment. Doctors and staff are never on time . Core health is my last result if I need to be seen soon as possible . I have not had one good experience here .Making this my last visit. No body cares about your health here . I don’t even know how there still open for years.
