Dr. Tighpen is awesome! He listens to your needs and takes time to know you as a patient. I have young children and feel very confident to have Dr. Tighpen work on them, he makes them and me feel at ease, he has a great bedside manner! The staff at Core Health are wonderful as well, they make you feel as more than a patient and yet push you to help you in the recovery process. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend this practice to whoever is in need.
I put off going to a chiropractor for about two years because I was "afraid" to have my neck popped, even though I was in quite a bit of pain. I'm thankful that I waited, because Dr. Thigpen was the perfect first chiropractor for me to see! He will answer your questions with great knowledge and have you feeling very comfortable in his care and his teams care as well. I love it there. I feel so much better and it has only been 3 weeks.
Dr. Thigpen and his staff are outstanding I have had incredible changes in my sciatica. Alex is a one of a kind masseuse and knows exactly where to work on my back to relieve my pain. I praise the entire practice. I have never received this level of expertise and I'm very grateful.
