I started going to this practice like a month ago. my shoulder was hurting so bad caused by an accident 4 years ago. I'm doing so much better and don't have anymore pain. Everyone is so pleasant. I like the overall experience.

Amazing massages that release all the tension from my shoulders, neck and back, and get my body perfectly ready for the chiropractic adjustment. I have a fairly hectic schedule, and taking time out, for myself, to come here on a regular basis is a treat. The staff are friendly, the massage room is clean, the massage bed bed is comfortable and the music relaxes my mind. Great massage and service
After my car accident in May 2018 I was so much pain because a herniated disc in my back. I went to a chiropractor which I won't mention for back but I was still in pain. I had to take two BC arthritis just to tolerated being mobile. In January 2019 after my first therapy session with Dr. Thigpen and staff I haven't felt any pain. The friendly atmosphere alone just makes my day. I'm so glad to be a patient at Core Health.
