Third time doing rehab for different injuries. Core is BY FAR the best one. The therapists are great people, knowledgeable and involved in your process one on one. Do yourself a favor and go there today.

This place was a positive experience from beginning to end. The therapists are gentle, kind and totally efficient. They treat the entire person and not just the injury. Being a core/Pilates based therapy, I learned so much from each one of the ladies there. They were awesome and informative every step of the way. I highly recommend Core Fitness. I've had experiences with other PT facilities,..all good, but by far this was the best. I miss them and if I ever have the need for PT again,...hands down this will always be my firs... read more
