Very incompetent company. The lady has no idea what she is doing even with the most basic required information of the building code in the main area they serve. It took her over a month and hundreds of dollars to tell us something that anyone who knows what they are doing should be able to tell you in two minutes into the conversation. They will also charge you for their incompetence and lack of knowledge so stay away from them.

This appears to be a miscommunicated expectation on a small feasibility study. Core quickly determined that the clients wish to subdivide was not feasible, but they felt we had told them we were going to submit plans to the city and that it was possible to build. We invoiced for a couple of hours of research, and when the client felt that it was not warranted and accused our engineer of incompetence, we told them to pay what they felt was fair, if anything, and we would try to lay out the expectations more clearly if we work... read more
