This review is for the billing and insurance department. Numerous times I have had to give the front desk and the insurance department my current insurance information and it is never updated as needed. Numerous issues with billing as well.
Ethan is clearly an expert with the Emsculpt equipment; however, his bedside manner is what makes the visits so positive and helps the client feel completely at ease.
I love my dermatologist Dr Allison Wang. And the amazing front office staff- Kristen, Latrina & Jolicia. They are very kind, friendly & answer all of your questions!
After being humiliated a few months ago by a physician's aid I lodged a complaint. Later I was assured that my bill would be waved. Now roughly 6 months later I start getting more bills in. What's worse is i can't even get through to their billing department to see what's going on. I keep getting a message saying they're unavailable. So not only did they humiliate me, they've also seemed to go back on their resolution.
The dermatologist was extremely dismissive of new spots that had been growing on my husband. They were the ones who did the biopsy on his first two spots and has stage 3b melanoma diagnosed and is being treated by ICC. The dermatologist told us to come back in 3 to 4 months instead. We went to Springfield Clinic Dermatology and they were more very thorough. More thorough with the body checks than Core had ever been.
