Brooke was great with my procedure, Painless! She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Core dermatology and MedSpa!
This review is for the billing and insurance department. Numerous times I have had to give the front desk and the insurance department my current insurance information and it is never updated as needed. Numerous issues with billing as well.
Ethan is clearly an expert with the Emsculpt equipment; however, his bedside manner is what makes the visits so positive and helps the client feel completely at ease.
Jake and Jessica did a wonderful job ,explaining everything and listening I highly recommend them. 10 out of ten stars
After being humiliated a few months ago by a physician's aid I lodged a complaint. Later I was assured that my bill would be waved. Now roughly 6 months later I start getting more bills in. What's worse is i can't even get through to their billing department to see what's going on. I keep getting a message saying they're unavailable. So not only did they humiliate me, they've also seemed to go back on their resolution.
