Unprofessional. I called this office over a month ago and was very CLEAR about what I was wanting to be seen for, after speaking with someone three different times I was scheduled an appointment, took off work, went to appointment, checked in, then got taken into an exam room to be told that what I was there for they don't even do and they don't understand the confusion on why this appointment was made! If you receive Dr. Egbeto, you need to request someone else. Extremely frustrating to deal with. Dealing with a problem for almost 6 months and the dermatologist ignored all comments and did what she thought was best. She treated this as a sort of science experiment. I told her that we had tried the very solution she was wanting to do and it didn't work. Was very dismissive of all concerns I had. Then one of my concerns did end up happening.
