Core Contractors did an excellent job repairing our concrete shake roof. Although they were backlogged with repair work, they sent a roofer outright away to do a partial repair to stop a bad leak. They then scheduled the rest of the work and returned to finish the job.

On May 8, 2017, one of the worst hail storms in Colorado history hit the City of Lakewood, causing countless millions of dollars in damage. Core Contractors were easy, efficient and expert in their work for us. We were referred to them through our insurance company. Their bid was within pennies of the insurance quote. Throughout the whole process of dealing with the insurance company to the completion of the roof, Core Contractor's communication was excellent. The roof looks great and we have even had neighbors asking for their number. We will use them again!

Core Contractors installed a new roof on our home. From the very beginning, they were so professional but also friendly. They made things not as hard to take care of as far as insurance, etc. they completed the roof in 1, yes ONE day!! They cleaned up their leftovers, & was just very nice. We also got gutters that we love! I would HIGHLY recommend Core Contractors to anyone! Great team of people! AAA+++

Core Contractors started our roofing project with all the best sounding words, but actions have not followed. We started the process in early June. it is now mid-October and the process is still not complete. Part of the problem has been the City of Golden inspection logjam, but even with that I cannot get Core to answer call or emails. I almost never know what the project status is.
