Had a very good experience with this company. Everyone I dealt with was great, tried to answer all my questions and provide the best solution for my roof. They patched up my roof issues and when I had more questions they called me to explain in detail what they found up there and what I might need to fix in the future. Very responsive and honest.

Well we finally found an honest company. We had bad to worse. The first one is the worse one. 6 26,000$ and a life time warranty. HA,HA. The next one gave us a bid of 14,000$ and a life time warranty. Then the honest company walked into our home and splashed down a bid of 1045$. I almost passed out in shock. We jumped on it and we finally got our roof done. Core didn't have any other issues with the roof, they just came back, got on the roof and repaired all of the roof problems. Working with Core was a truly horrific experience. They were hired to replace our roof and in the process dropped a pallet of heavy tiles on a vent pipe, which caused damage to our plumbing. It's been seven weeks and they still won't accept responsibility. We've paid thousands of dollars for water remediation, plumbing, and electrical damage and we are no closer to getting reimbursed by Core or their insurance company.
Core Contractors just completed installing a new roof for us after several hail storms had badly damaged the shingles. The installation was done in September 2021. There was additional information for insurance and other reasons which they handled with expediency, completely relieving me of the stress of being the go between. I hired Core Contractors to replace a flat roof on my patio. After the roof was installed I had a couple issues. I expected them to walk away from my concerns but there was absolutely no push back on resolving my issues. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Everyone I worked with throughput the project was professional and responsive. I am so impressed with this company and would definitely use them again. I highly recommend Core Contractors.
