I have been a hard core fitness fanatic pretty much my entire life and have tried just about everything there is in regards to different kinds of workouts. This is honestly one of the best and most difficult workouts I have ever done! I was a figure competitor for years and no gym exercise gave me the ability to train core, stabilizing muscles and large muscle groups all while gaining greater flexibility and getting my heart rate up.
