Awesome studio, clean with friendly skilled trainers. Great full body high intensity low impact workout. It's very challenging, if you're looking for easy, build up to this one. However, if you're confident in other athletics this is a must try for you.
I bought a Groupon for Core contour and only went to one class. Thank God the Groupon was cheap. I found the work out to be intensive, which would not have scared me away, however the so called instructor was not helpful at all and made me feel very uncomfortable. Granted, this place was probably a bit above my abilities, but that's the only way any progress is made and I welcome challenges. Honestly one of the best classes I have ever taken. This is my second class . The instructors are so nice and encouraging. I consider myself athletic had a hard time keeping up. Def a great challenge and great workout. Will be back for sure.
I'm more sore today (the day after my workout with brooke at core contour) than I have been from any group fitness workout in a long time. I've been looking to up my fitness and I can already tell that this place will be added to my weekly fitness regimens several times a week. Thanks girls!!
